Hoobrook Enterprise Centre is an estate of 26 purpose built light industrial units, located within one of the prominent industrial areas of Kidderminster just off the Worcester Road (A442)  The units are ideal for new or small businesses looking for premises in the Wyre Forest district.

The units are ideal for new or small businesses looking for premises in the Wyre Forest district. They are each approximately 585 sq ft. Each unit is available on a five year lease with a break clause after the first year subject to six months’ notice. 

Rent and service charge for each unit totals £5,976 per annum exclusive plus vat (£498 per month plus vat). The service charge covers: building insurance, external maintenance of all units and the forecourt/common areas.

Each unit will have a roller shutter, three phase power, lighting and two allocated forecourt parking spaces. Units will have their own electricity and water meters.
