Council Chamber

Our light and airy council chamber is fully equipped with modern AV equipment, including the option to video and webcast your event. If you want to dim the natural light a touch of a button will lower the full length blinds. 

A superb, flexible space the chamber can be used on its own or teamed with our other rooms to provide a full suite of event spaces. You can even broadcast the activity in the chamber to our Stourport, Bewdley or Kidderminster rooms! If delegates need a break the courtyard space immediately opposite the chamber doors allows for a quick breath of fresh air without having to stray too far from the action.

The chamber can be set up to suit you, it's a fresh blank canvas for you to create your event. As a guide the maximum capacity is 70 theatre style or 56 cabaret style.

Multiple power sources are available in floor boxes so minimal trailing leads if all your delegates have laptops with them, our tables can also be set to house power sources if you know lots of plug sockets are going to be required. 

Two laptop connections to the presentation equipment are available; 1 x 42 inch monitor; projector and  screen; 42 desk microphones; 1 hand held microphone; 1 lapel microphone. Our in house team can help get you up and running and are on hand if you ever need any support.
