Opportunity to run a café at the heart of Brinton Park

An exciting opportunity has arisen to run a café in one of Worcestershire’s premier parks.

Brinton Park, at the centre of the Kidderminster community since 1887, is currently undergoing a multi-million-pound transformation to restore its heritage and create a vibrant, modern destination for visitors of all ages. This has been made possible with funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

This once‑in‑a‑generation investment is bringing:

• A new ornamental pool and landscaped gardens
• Improved footpaths and access
• Enhanced biodiversity, planting and visitor spaces
• A new community hub and gathering place at its heart.

At the centre of it all sits The Pavilion - a new, purpose-built café space designed to become a focal point for the park.

The opportunity

Wyre Forest District Council, on behalf of the Brinton Park Charitable Trust, is seeking an ambitious and community‑minded operator to run this exciting new café.

The Pavilion offers:

• A modern café and indoor seating (approx. 20 covers)
• A sunny outdoor terrace (approx. 12 covers) overlooking the park
• Community activity hub and toilets
• A prime position in a park attracting increasing footfall as improvements are completed.
